- $0 - $15.00= $4.95
- $15.01 - $25.00= $6.95
- $25.01 - $40.00= $7.95
- $40.01 - $55.00= $8.95
- $55.01 - $70.00= $9.45
- $70.01 - $85.00= $9.95
- $85.01 - $115.00= $12.95
- $115.01 - $140.00= $15.95
- $140.01 - $185.00= $18.95
- $185.01+ = 11% of the subtotal.
